Management Careers
At Copper River Grill, we are looking for talented individuals who are passionate about the details, are willing to learn new methods and philosophies, and who are hungry for success. We offer ground-floor opportunities with a new, growing company along with great pay, benefits and training.

Our Owner/Operators can earn actual ownership in their businesses, rather than having tricky compensation plans with little or no security. To us "ownership" means you truly have a "piece of the action" along with a lucrative contract. We are looking for management people at all levels to become a part of Copper River Grill and help us grow. Qualified management candidates should have:

> 1-2 years of full-service restaurant experience
> The ability to handle high-volume operations
> Flexibility and willingness to learn
> Leadership ability

Salaries
Salaries are determined at time of hire.

Benefits
Managers are eligible to participate in our Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance plans from date of hire.

Training
Management training will usually last from 12 to 16 weeks, and will include instruction and practical experience in all functions.

Relocation
Willingness to relocate is not a condition of employment, although some opportunities for advancement may only be available to individuals who are able to move to new markets.
