OUR COMPANY “Providing exceptional food and service, one plate and one customer at a time" Copper River Grill was created because we believe that there is a market for a restaurant company that serves traditional American cuisine made from only super-high quality ingredients and offered at moderate prices. Our first Copper River Grill opened in Seneca, SC in October, 2005, and from that day forward we have worked hard to treat each guest the way we would like to be treated when we dine out. At Copper River Grill the full menu is served at both lunch and dinner, and it includes appetizers, salads, sandwiches and burgers, gourmet pizzas, Prime Rib & steaks, baby back ribs, chicken dishes and fabulous table-sized desserts. We also have a full bar, a popular wine list, and a tasty, yet inexpensive children’s menu. Copper River Grill can be described as “Come-As-You-Are Casual Dining”. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable, but is also suitable for special occasions. Our restaurants feature wide-open show kitchens, stone fireplaces, comfortable booths and other warm elements reminiscent of an Alaskan mountain lodge. We are restaurant operations people, and we understand how important the details are. Our intensity toward execution produces a dining experience in which our guests get great food, cooked to order and served when it is supposed to be, along with friendly and accurate service.
