OUR MENU : BIG TIMES. BOLD FLAVORS.
At Copper River Grill the full menu is served at both lunch and dinner, and it includes appetizers, salads, sandwiches and burgers, gourmet pizzas, Prime Rib & steaks, baby back ribs, chicken dishes and fabulous table-sized desserts. We also have a full bar, a popular wine list, and a tasty, yet inexpensive children’s menu.
We are restaurant operations people, and we understand how important the details are. Our intensity toward execution produces a dining experience in which our guests get great food, cooked to order and served when it is supposed to be, along with friendly and accurate service.

All of our gourmet pizzas are hand-made to order, brushed with olive oil and fresh herbs,
and fire-baked at 700 degrees in our custom ovens.
